Accessibility

The Menuhin Hall provides facilities and services aimed to offer our customers an easier and better experience when visiting. If you have any special requirements, please contact the Box Office, on 01932 559400.

The Menuhin Hall Foyer and Auditorium are fully accessible to wheelchair users. Should you require help upon arrival, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff. If you require a wheelchair space in the auditorium, please inform the Box Office when booking your ticket so that we can ensure this is arranged for you. We have an in-house wheelchair for customers use, subject to availability.

There are six car park spaces allocated for disabled visitors, located in the service area at the back of The Hall. These spaces must be pre-booked and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We also provide six additional blue-badge car park spaces in our main car park. If you need a disabled space by The Hall and all spaces have already been allocated, please do not worry, we can help.

Guide dogs are welcome, please advise the Box Office when booking so that an appropriate aisle seat can be provided.

An accessible WC is available on the ground floor and access to the Circle for wheelchair users and their companions is via the lift.

The auditorium has an infra-red system with eight personal headsets for customers' use. Upon arrival, please request a headset from the Box Office. A loop system is also installed in the auditorium for those who require hearing support. You can use this by selecting the 'T' setting on your hearing aid.

In the event of an evacuation, refuge points for customers with limited mobility who are seated in the circle, are located at the front of the auditorium. In such an event, stewards will escort you to the nearest refuge point.
