Castalian Quartet

Founded in 2011 and based in London, the Castalian String Quartet is taking the international chamber music scene by storm with stylistic confidence and flawless technique enabling total artistic freedom. This engaging young quartet was recently named both Hans Keller String Quartet in Residence at the University of Oxford and Royal Philharmonic Society Young Artist of the Year 2019. Their recent and forthcoming highlights include debut invitations to Carnegie Hall, the Library of Congress Washington, San Francisco Performances, Emerald City Music Seattle, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Konzerthaus Vienna, Philharmonie de Paris, Auditorium du Louvre, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Lucerne Chamber Music Society, Flagey Brussels, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Saffron Hall, Aldeburgh, East Neuk, Rockport and Heidelberg Spring festivals.
