Accessibility

The Menuhin Hall provides facilities and services in order to offer our customers an easier and better service when booking. In order for us to ensure you enjoy your visit, please contact Box Office to discuss any requirements you may have.

The Menuhin Hall Foyer and Auditorium are fully accessible to wheelchair users, and should you require assistance upon arrival, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff. Please inform the Box Office when booking your ticket if you require a wheelchair space, as the seats are taken out of the auditorium prior to the performance. We have an in-house wheelchair for customers use, subject to availability.

There are six car park spaces allocated for wheelchair users and these are located in the service area at the back of the Hall. These spaces require the display of The Menuhin Hall permits, which must be pre-booked and are for use on the day of the concert only. The permits are allocated primarily to those who book wheelchair spaces within the Hall and will be sent with your tickets. We also provide 6 additional blue-badge car park spaces in our main car park.

Guide dogs are welcome, please advise the Box Office when booking so that an appropriate aisle seat can be provided.

An accessible WC is available on the ground floor and access to the Circle for wheelchair users and their companions is via the lift.

The auditorium has an infra-red system with 8 personal headsets for customers use. Upon arrival, please request a headset from Box Office. A loop system is also installed in the auditorium for those who require hearing support. You can use this by selecting the 'T' setting on your hearing aid.

In the event of an evacuation, refuge points for customers with limited mobility that are seated in the circle, are located at the front of the auditorium. In such an event, stewards would escort you to the nearest refuge point.
