Hire The Venue

The Menuhin Hall is available for hire throughout the year for public and private concert performances, lectures, recordings, workshops, conferences and private functions such as birthday celebrations and weddings.

In addition to its beautiful, atmospheric auditorium, The Menuhin Hall features a spacious double-level foyer and an outdoor balcony overlooking the School's parkland grounds. To ensure your event meets all expectations, our highly experienced and friendly team is happy to advise on any requirements you may have, from a staffed bar and catering facilities to technical support.

The Menuhin Hall is renowned for its outstanding acoustics and ideal professional recording facilities. It offers level access for equipment delivery and excellent direct access from the backstage Green Rooms to the stage via cable ducts.

A hire of The Menuhin Hall can potentially include a performance by pupils of The Yehudi Menuhin School, depending on circumstances and time in the school year. Any income generated through such performances goes directly into our Student Aid Fund which enables our pupils to study on holiday courses abroad.

Hiring The Menuhin Hall for a public event comes with the option of having the concert or show included in The Menuhin Hall bi-annual printed programme brochure, covering our Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer seasons. Please note that brochure production requires long lead times. Programme brochures are distributed both for priority booking to 850 Friends of The Yehudi Menuhin School and for general booking to a mailing database of around 4000.
