Guidance for Visitors

We are looking forward to welcoming you to The Menuhin Hall this year. To ensure the safety of all our visitors and staff, please read our latest COVID-19 guidelines below.

Following Government guidance, we will not be checking patrons' COVID-19 status when they arrive, however we highly recommend that all visitors take a lateral flow test before coming to the venue.

Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry to the foyer, and we would kindly ask you to follow the guidance of our Front of House team, observing any signage and one-way systems which may be in place. The Menuhin Hall and foyer are well ventilated and we have a stringent programme of cleaning in place. We will monitor and restrict audience flow as necessary. We also have a QR code available, should you wish to sign in to the venue on the NHS Covid app.

Unless exempt, you must wear a face mask while visiting The Menuhin Hall. These can be removed to eat or drink, but please do not forget to put them back on when you are finished with your refreshments. Please keep social distancing in mind when meeting other patrons, especially while you are having your drink or food without a mask.

We are delighted to announce that our bar will operate as normal. Please make sure to wear your mask when speaking to members of our team.

If you or anyone in your household displays any symptoms of COVID-19 (even if they are mild), please do not attend. If you develop COVID-19 symptoms and/or test positive for the virus within 10 days of attending an event, please alert us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to inform other audience members and staff.

This guidance may change subject to government guidelines.

Thank you for helping us keep our community safe.
