Guidance for Visitors

Please use hand sanitiser upon entering the Hall and adhere to safety measures, signage and the instructions of our Front of House team. Please make sure to maintain appropriate social distancing at all times. We will ask all guests to wear a face covering (unless exempt, or eating or drinking).

Patrons may only sit next to members of their own household or bubble. Due to reduced capacity, the Box Office may not be able to offer preferred seats other than in exceptional circumstances (e.g. wheelchair access required).

Subject to government guidance, we reserve the right to release previously blocked seats for sale. Should the government confirm the lifting of all restrictions in indoor venues, we will open up the concert hall to full capacity, but will always make the safety of our Patrons our top priority.

The bar will be operating a card-only service, and one-way systems will be in place.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you or anyone in your household have tested positive within 14 days of the event, please do not attend. If you develop COVID symptoms and/or test positive for the virus within 14 days of attending an event please alert us immediately so we can inform other audience members.

This guidance may change subject to government guidelines.
